Nokia Ovi login problems

like I say can anyone log into to ovi.com?
I have 2 accounts and when attempting to log in with either all I get is a 'Page not found' which gives me a link back to the nokia account log in page, the same error also comes up if I try to log into nokias other services such as beta labs.
This has been happening since at least december.
interestingly I am able to log into both the ovi store and ovi music (both of which has chargeable content ie. they can make money from me) and both work fully, of which I only created one so I could use the ovi store, and don't use the other features (though I did upload one photo once to test it out).
I have tried disableing no-script and adblock plus, I have tried enableing 3rd party cookies and have tried on firefox, IE and chrome, all throw up the 'Page not found'.
so was just wondering if you have an ovi account and can you actually log in to it?
