Judging by all the negative posts on the board, the answer would be yes they have.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Avoid at all costs!!!! I have had a terrible experience with them - they are harassing me for payment for a service that they haven't provided.
1 email, 1 letter and up to 6 phone calls a day for 3 months!
Stay well away!0 -
Has anybody had any experience of using My Claims expert?DO NOT USE A CLAIMS COMPANYdo it yourself, its easy and you keep all of any just rewards
to get you started, Look here for info and reasons for being miss-sold your ppi
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/rec...nsurance#step2
Once you have had a read though and have your reasons. You will need to fill in a consumer complaints questionnaire. Which I would download, have a read though and familiarise yourself with the questionnaire and its layout. The questionnaire can be found here
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/rec...nsurance#step3
the main info you will need to complete the questionnaire is:- Loan account number/numbers OR CC account number/numbers
- start date
- finish date
- and your reasons
then complete the form and send it off. If you ring bank or CC company they may have a ppi complaint line and can start your complaint for you over the phone but id get as much info ready before phoning them.
simples, hope that may help, good luck:D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim

I used them to claim ppi payments back from Barclaycard.
To be fair they won me nearly £6000 but it cost me about 25% of the win.
They seemed to be a fly by night company.
I was getting emails from them that didn't seem related to my case.
They would tell me they sent stuff through the mail or they left messages on my phone but I never received anything like that from them.
It was all emails
I only received letters from Barclaycard informing me they were complying with orders to pay me.
They then closed my account.0 -

Your links aren't working for some reason. Is the information the same as in 'Reclaim 1000's' tab at the top of the home page? (I'm about to start off my claims myself!).If you will the end, you must will the means.0 -
Gareth Simister tried to sign me up to a plan with myclaimsexpert.
He first phone out of the blue me saying id filled out somekind of survey and said he could help me with my debts, I said ok how does it work. So he gave me his speech about how great signing up to myclaimsexpert would be for me.
After I said I would think about it which was tough because he didnt want to get off the phone.
I felt like he was trying to give me the hard sell constantly calling me twice a day and not allowing me time to think, it was very annoying being pestered like this.
Then I got advice from the bank and realised i wouldnt have to pay a ripp off £35.00 management fee which is what was in the plan Gareth had for me they agreed to freeze the interest on my debts, Plus i found out it would have servely damaged my credit rating this is something he forgot to mentioned.
When i told Gareth i didnt want to go ahead with it because i would like to do it through my bank, he then said i was wasting his time then hung up on me. The rude experience has put me off any kind of debt management company.0 -

Myclaimsexpert cold called me then said i had filled out a online survey saying I was struggling with debts which is a complete lie.
I have no idea where they got my information, I said to the sales person i was not interested because i had my out standing debts under control, the guy then still tried to sign me up to a management plan. I said please I am not interested the phone call ended with me having to put the phone down.
After the first call from myclaimsexpert, then the next week got at least 3 calls a day from them saying the same script that I filled out a online survey saying I was struggling with debts.
Not happy being cold called like this from myclaimsexpert ]0 -
