Hi people,
Bought a house two yrs ago for 110,000. Stated Rebuilding Cost then 80,000.
It is now worth circa 150,000 so what should i pitch the rebuilding cost at for home insurance quotation?
Any replies appreciated.

As stated on the other thread - the value is not related to the building cost.
Your easiest option is to increase the figure from 2 years ago a bit to cater for inflation or you could ask an insurer as to roughly how much rebuilding costs have gone up in two years.0
