I have a £200 voucher from the web based hotelvouchershop
I am finding it almost impossible to book a hotel using their vouchers and am on the brink of reporting them to Trading Standards.
Their Hotel Search facility is nonsense.
I tried to find a hotel in Mont St Michel, France their search engine only recognises it as:
De La Digue Hotel Le Mont-Saint-Michel - Manche France
That is not the way a British person would spell it. Other Hotel Booking Websites offer alternative spellings etc.
I think they are making it deliberately hard to book as they can keep your money.
Most Travel booking websites want your cash, This Crowd already have it and they want to keep it!
It also interest me that complaints may be low as the vouchers are given as Gifts and the recepient will be embarassed to tell the purchaser of their failure to use the voucher.
Has anyone else had this experience?

I really cant see what the problem is.
If you start to type in the search box, after 3 or 4 letters the site gives suggestions ie type "mon" + one of the suggestions is Mont saint michel. Type "le mo" and 1 of the suggestions is Le mont saint michel

I am persuing my grievances with the Company.
At present I have to say I am a regular Internet user and regular Hotel Booker but their Website has a rubbish search facility.
Would not recommend and would not deal with these vouchers again
