Maladministration Compenstation

Who do i write to for Maladministration of my overall account .

It is one mistake after the other constant phone calls letters getting sent with no logical answer to them .Also i am interested in reporting them to the information commisioner due to a couple of data protection issues .

There is a more serious issue that was reported when my case was opened that they have made allegations against me and they have furnished the PWC with her data protection files which wasn't true and they didn't address this during a recent complaint as they probably didn't have evidence of this and it was only hearsay

Enough is enogh im fed up with the lot of them

There are a lot of people who have this position of thought when it comes to the CSA.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

Maladministration compensation is the title of your thread. You obviously want financial redress for what you consider to have been maladministration.

They only way you will get that is by following the complaints process.

Ive done this a number of times and have receved 4 cheques for compensation so far, and a 5th cheque which was to cover costs associated with complaining.

You cant just phone them up and demand it, you follow due process! Information on complaining about the CSA is on their website.

Yes i have had consolory payments to the tune of £150 (2 cheques) so far but these idiots need to made accountable .It is easy to tell the amount of phone calls that made with itemised billing on my mobile as i have a direct number for the complaints officer who has made mistake after mistake also .
Im going to run out of time for a 2nd level complaint due to the time it will take the tribunal to come through so im going to fire that off today with the presumption that i will win my appeal (rock solid evidence)

They agree one thing and then do another (even though it is noted in my DP prints ) .All time comsuming but proving them wrong is sometimes more hassle than its worth due to the old saying "we made a mistake we should have done X"

Can i ask them to remove a written statement on my account that they had issued to the PWC that is factually not true ?

I put it in a complaint letter and said complaints person couldn't see any reference to it so didn't respond to the question and ignored it but gave me stupid answers to the rest which contradicts which is in my DP files

Im of to 2nd level compliants now

Put in a letter of complaint, give them a time when you would like a reply (keep it realistic) otherwise its an open case and they can reply anytime if they reply at all.

If you have not heard by stated time or unhappy about the outcome, you can apply to the Local Government Ombudsman, who will investigate the case on your behalf, they have won cases for pwc and nrps and have managed to gain compensation for maladministration against the csa.

Im not so sure thats correct, their website does NOT list the CSA as being one of the authorities the public can complain to them about! http://www.lgo.org.uk/making-a-complaint/who-you-can-complain-about/

What can the Parliamentary Ombudsman look at?

    Cabinet Office (parts of)
    Capacity Builders
    Capital for Enterprise Limited
    Care Quality Commission
Central Advisory Committee on Pensions and Compensation
Central Bureau for Educational Visits and Exchanges
    Central Office of Information
Certification Office for Trade Unions and Employers' Associations
    Charity Commission
The Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice for Northern Ireland
    Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission
Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS)

If you have no luck with complaining to the CSA and if you know your MP you can get him/her to take your complaint to the
    Parlimentary and health service ombudsman
