Hi
I have just got a mortage, and got my offer for my first house accepted. I have money saving to account for fee, but what fees are there to consider e.g. stamp duty, solicitors, people wanting to take every last penny! Is there a site out there that can give you a good general idea, or can anyone be kind enough to list these for me? ::)

There are loads.. im in similar position just waiting to see if my offer is accepted.
i guess if your a first time buyer your house will be under £250k.. therefore unless the house is stamp duty excempt u have to pay you solicitor 1% of house value.. ie. on £100k = £1000.
solicitors fees vary and you would have to ask your solicitor for fees.. ie convayencing etc.
also you'll need a survey.. i think basic one is around £220.
can't think of anything else.. o try this:
http://www.mortgagesorter.co.uk/buying_home_costs_conveyancing.html£2008 for 2008 club No. 286
Jan wins - £213, Feb wins - £55.80 March Wins - £27
(left to go: £1712.20)
