MBNA/RyanAir two free flights offer

In Nov/Dec there was a link on the MBNA's web site stating that anyone who ran up purchases in eccess of 750 Pounds up to 31 Jan would be given a voucher for 2 free flights.
A friend of mine had the card for a while and did a purchase just now. He received the voucher for the first usage of the card. The question is, if he then goes on to spend 750 Pounds will he get two more free flights? He's had the card for a while. Thanks.
