I never meant to upset anyone.
I was attempting to try (and failed dismally) with a bit of humour.
When life gets me so down - I try and "lighten" it up a bit. But it's best not to inflict my style of humour on anyone else.
The "quiz" thing was entirely for my own benefit.
Its me that needs to know all the answers.
Although I have asked many of the questions before and I'm extremely grateful for all the advice and answers.
It would have helped me to have all the details in one place.

The court/judge will normally ask whether you have taken professional advice that bankruptcy is in your best interest. If they believe you have not taken proper or sufficient advice then your bankruptcy may be refused.
