What are the ALL the forms and their official names that you get -
1. Before the Interview with the Examiner
2. After the Interview with the Examiner
3. If you are written to telling you the great news that you’ll get an Early Discharge
4. If you are written to with the still good news that you’ll get an Automatic Discharge
5. And what other forms may you receive during your Bankruptcy
By the way it's me that needs to know the answers!
I think there are too many forms that may or may not be used depending on indiviual circumstances (I think there are over 100 forms), so the total list may be too long.0 -
Thanks JCSI,
In that case it would be difficult to try and explain them all.
The forms will of course depend on each persons individual situation.
The best thing would be for people - if they want to know - is to ask what may apply to them.0 -
Thats WHY people ask questions......no 2 cases are always the same sadly...so posts like this dont tend to be a great use
if they were they would already exsist in the VERY comprehensive sticky at the start of this forumWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
I do sincerely apologise.
I never meant to upset anyone.
I was attempting to try (and failed dismally) with a bit of humour.
When life gets me so down - I try and "lighten" it up a bit. But it's best not to inflict my style of humour on anyone else.
The "quiz" thing was entirely for my own benefit.
Its me that needs to know all the answers.
Although I have asked many of the questions before and I'm extremely grateful for all the advice and answers.
It would have helped me to have all the details in one place.
But again 1000 apologies for any upset.
And I have edited the post so that it makes more sense.
You didn't upset me if thats what you're thinking!:D
