Business Account Charges

I have sent off my letters and followed Martins instructions to the book, Have had replies from the bank and they are telling me that I cannot make a claim on my Business Account...Is this right?

Business accounts are not covered by the court case, I have successfully made 2 claims on business accounts this year, but I just sent them the letters and they sent one back saying they'd received it and were considering my case, then I got offers a couple of days after, less than I'd asked for, but still worth having, especially by this time I had read on the site business accounts weren't covered.
Only thing I could suggest is send the next letter, it can't do any harm, and who knows it may do some good.

Anyone know if you can reclaim bank charges when you had an IVA -which was mostly caused by the bank's charges? Does it make things really messy?

I read your message could you say which bank, did you make your claims against.
