Abbey complaints - address required

I need to put a complaint in writing for a relative (I've complained before, long before I terminated all dealings with this appalling firm), the only address I can find for complaints on their shabby website is:
Complaints Department
Abbey
PO BOX 5129
Milton Keynes
MK9 2YN
But also this is listed in general contacts:
Abbey National plc
PO Box 1109
Bradford
BD1 5XS
Both being PO Boxes which isn't ideal.
However I've used before many years ago, but assume it's not current:
Abbey National plc
Abbey National House
2 Triton Square
Regents Place
London
NW1 3AN
Any ideas which is best/current?

The Milton Keynes address is for general complaints and is current. You will IME get a reply. They prefer you to have complained unsuccessfully to the appropriate department first.
The Bradford address deals with (I think) postal accounts. They are useless.
Dunno about the London one.0 -
I complained to them last year about been messed around with their credit card they sent me a abbey pen!!!!
I found the quickest way of getting a reply was via email from the web page, it still took weeks and the pen came before the letter they sent0 -
Thanks all will try MK, they are a useless bunch!0

That's right, and yes they are.0 -
Given the number of complaints on here about Abbey, surely the appropriate addresses should be on a sticky!!!0

Nice One ! You shouldn't have been so easily 'penned' off 'though.0 -
The MK address is the complaints dept.
Bradford is the main admin office.
Triton Square is the head office.
MK is the best one to use, though any complaint (if it's about a branch) should be sent to them first.0 -
