is anyone else having problems logging in to quidco?

and why's that? the help desk said something abou enabling cookies or something but i have no idea0

I emailed them when I couldn't log in and they replied straightaway. They've moved to a secure system or something and some computers might have encryption which interferes or something. Anyway I tried using a different computer and it worked fine so it may be something to do with the way your computer is set up.0
