I was looking for one of these recently but ended up getting a screen as the water still poured down the side of the bath from behind the taps.
There are a few places you can get one from:
As much as it pains me to refer you to them as their website is useless, there prices are high, and they are forever out of stock on items I’m looking for. They do do what you are looking for for about £30.
Screwfix also do one but I think their catalogue is changing soon so this may change.0 -
We used these:
http://www.foxdiy.co.uk/fixtures-fittings/wardrobe-rail/cat_87.html
bought the tube a bit longer than we needed and cut it down and fixed it to the ceiling with these:

We bought them from B&Q (they do them in white, brass or chrome) cost about £15 IIRC.xxx Nikki xxx0 -
thanks Nikki, i hadnt thought of that!
how do you find the drop of the rail from the ceiling? is it ok?:think:0 -
These guys aren't the cheapest but their rails and ceiling adaptors are quite nice.

The drop is fine, the curtain rings have plenty of room and the shower curtain drops down below the top of the bath so no leaks!
We put one of the brackets quite near the wall and then attached one of the shower curtain rings between the wall and the bracket and it stops the kids being able to pull the curtain too far along the rail (a bit like the way a normal wooden curtain rail works).xxx Nikki xxx0
