Anyone got a Samsung fridge freezer with ice dispenser? Need help!

I have recently installed a Samsung RSJ1JEMH side by side fridge freezer with water and ice dispensers. The ice dispenser has cubed or crushed ice settings. When I try and obtain crushed ice, all that happens is a mechanical sound and after about 20 seconds I may get a single shard of ice and then a few whole ice cubes followed if I'm lucky another small piece of crushed ice then that's it. IT will then just continue with mechanical noise but nothing else. When I look in the ic bucket, there is only ever about 20 ice cubes made. I think that the quantity of ice produced may be the problem. The amount of ice produced isn't high enough in the bucket for the spindle to draw the ice into the crusher IMO.
It says in the manual to activate 'Power Freeze' to increase ice production for when you need large amounts of ice but surely on this basic setting I should be able to obtain crushed ice?
Anyone else got a Samsung ice disensing fridge freezer who could let me know their experience before I call Sansung?

I don't think it stores more than about 20 cubes, it will take a couple of minutes to make the next tray full and the crushing machine is quite noisy.
Sounds like there may not be a problem with your machine. I have sussed it out now! I hadn't left it long enough in normal mode. This moning I had loads of ice in the bucket and the crusher's now working fine as a result.0
