Slapiton cosmetics - Avoid

I ordered somethings from Slapiton in May - they took my money, but so far nothing has arrived.
Despite numerous phonecalls to a contact number, I have never made it past - "all or operators are busy" which seems to loop incessantly. I've also tried emails - but I've never received any communication.

    with a name like SLAPITON i would've avoided them anyway!!!

    Are they the firm based in Newark? If they are, they are located about half a mile from my house. They are a long established business, with a shop in the town centre.
    What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    Yes - I believe so & I don't think I'm the only one who has had a problem.
    It looks like its either 5 star treatment or dreadful & I guess I drew the short straw.

    If something is out of stock that is one thing - but its very very poor service indeed not to say so. Its 6 weeks now & nobody has bothered to get back to me. I'm going to see what I can do with CAB or the small claims court.
