Are There Any Free Sites Where We Can Write Or Msg People In The Armed Forces?

Hi,
As the title says it, I was just wondering if there were any sites were you can wite to people in the armed forces. I think It would be nice to have a penpal or someone you can message now and then and kind of support them when they are far away from home.
I know of some sites but they are not great.
