Seller defects

A situation recently occurred where a woman sent me aggressive sectarian messages. eBay advised me that given the disgusting nature of what she had sent me, they would just close the case she had opened and that would be that. However, I now find I have a defect. Do I stand a chance of getting it removed? It's the principle. So far, when I've tried to get hold of an Irish employee, I've not managed, even whe trying very early in the morning.

    In this situation I would direct you to a social media platform, perhaps FB or Twitter would be more forthcoming and not want the attention your complaint may attract.

    I don't use either FB or Twitter unfortunately. Thank you though.
