Hi guys,
I recently sent some eBay orders of with Royal Mail. I prepaid the labels via eBay and took them to my local post office and dropped them off. While I was there the owner told me I shouldn’t be sending my parcels off there and that prepaid parcels should really be sent off at your delivery depot as they don’t make any money on them. Is this true?
Best regards and thanks in advance,
Will

Some Post-Office-in-a-shop staff seem to think they can rewrite the rules. If you do need proof of postage, or it's too large for a postbox, you can take it to a Post Office® branch.

* you have bought a signature or tracked service
* you require proof of postage
* you have selected a non-tracked service and want to place your item in our in-branch post box
