Nothing shocking about this property, just a sort what on earth does this mean..
The property is occupied by life tenant who does not pay a monthly rent
This was the only place I could think to ask... I assume the person living there has to right to live there until they die, but why would the property be on sale and who would want to purchase the property?

It's possible that someone "inherited" a tenant too - eg a second spouse who retains a right to live in a property but stepchild inherits house. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Something completely different.......

Hence its name, "Junction Three" - descriped as "Junction Thr33 guest house in Coventry is a top class bed and breakfast accommodation, located close to Coventrys Ricoh Arena and Birminghams NEC. We are situated just off Junction 3 of the M6".
Was there also a little artistic licence with photo 3 to remove the motorway?0 -

Wow, that's a bit different from other church conversions. It's a pretty impressive church.
Picture 16. They've got the sofa facing the focal point of the radiator, yet there's a fire surround behind the sofa. The room is also very narrow for a living room.
Did you notice in the blurb that it says the flat comes with 3 parking spaces, but the buyer can also purchase another 7! Why would you need 10 parking spaces?0 -

It's clear this tenant is being very obstructive, as in no internal photos at all and not even one of the back garden.
I would interpret that as being "Tenant is a friend or relative on a promise made prior to the modern-day insecure tenancies. They're in their 90s and ill and it won't be long now......".
You'd be taking a gamble on buying it if the tenant wouldn't let you in for a looksee inside. You'd be taking a gamble anyway, in case the tenant was one of those who lived to over 100.
What is odd, I think, is that the room dimensions haven't been given. That does rather seem to imply that even the owner isn't allowed in by said obstructive tenant.
EDIT: I wouldn't be feeling very secure if I were that tenant though....knowing the new owner was wishing me dead!0 -

Talk about juxtaposition of ancient and modern. Also, is that a Victorian factory building down the road.
I think it's one of those properties that would do my head in with mentally blocking out absolutely everything around (or trying to anyway) and then giving up and selling it because I couldn't.
Can't understand why anyone with that much money would want to live amongst that awful "landscape".0 -
