We have had an offer on our house and put in an offer on a new house which has been accepted
how much can we expect the solictors fees to be for the sale of ours £82k and the purchase of our new one £91k

also does anyone know how much a better survey is rather than the valuation one from the morg comp and what it contains and is it worth it
