Hi. I know Santander do one, 123 Mini.
I still have my Bank of Scotland Super Squirell plastic bank, they used to throw things at children to open accounts.
Hope you find something suitable.0 -
One or two. Most start at 11. For under 11s, prepaid cards are possibly a better choice https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/cards-for-under-18s/0

I was able to open a '123 mini account (in trust)' in branch for a newborn where I became the trustee of the account (it appears on my online banking but does not include a card).
OP: Does it have to be an account with a debit card? It's this criteria that seems to be restricted to 11+
There's the following but they aren't free: GoHenry, Nimbl, Osper0 -
Nationwide have the FlexOne account for young people, but the minimum age is 11, same as Santander.0
