TopCashBack new thread HELP PLEASE !

Does anyone know where the instructions for TCB are? I have no idea how to use it.

I can't believe I can't find how to get the topcashback money I won!
I've spent hours looking from one place to the other. I hate the internet jargon and the lack of help of the website.

I have written and they ignore it except when they can advertise themselves saying that someone won and you should start doing it too.

So annoying ! Already a month !

it should show how much you have available to withdraw for each of the withdrawal options - towards the bottom of the long list of voucher choices are the "BACS" and "Paypal" options which also show how much is available to request that way and the "payable" button against each should be highlighted.

I know how much I have available. I have given my bank details too.
My question is: I go to the shop and say I will not pay you Topcashback will ?
How can I use the money that is already there?

What if the one I want is not on the list?
