  • It does not work that way TCB will not pay someone on your behalf.

    You must request the withdrawal as mjm has explained, once you have received your money into your bank/paypal account you can then use it as you would normally use money/vouchers.

    I know how much I have available. I have given my bank details too.
    My question is: I go to the shop and say I will not pay you Topcashback will ?
    How can I use the money that is already there?

    What if the one I want is not on the list?




    You have misunderstood the way in which TCB works. They will not pay a company money on your behalf, they will pay you the cashback. You need to withdraw it to your own bank account and then you can spend it any way you like without having to worry about if a company is on their website or not.



    To withdraw the money to your bank you need to go to

    scroll down the page till you find the direct payments section which looks like this:

    To withdraw to your bank account you want to click on the one that says BACS.



    That will take you to this screen (your amounts will be different to mine)

    Check your bank details are correct and confirm


    You will then get this screen which tells you it takes 3 days for the money to be paid and you will get an email. After that time the money will be paid into your bank account.

    I have done everything I've been told and I keep hearing it takes 72 hours
    72 hours ? Of what planet? A month and a half later and the money nowhere to be seen !
    Customer Services took 12 days to answer one question and it vanished again.

    Terrible service !

    I have never had any difficulties with them, both cashback and competition prizes have gone into my TCB account without any problems and payouts (I always choose Amazon) have been very prompt.

    I gave my bank details about two and a half weeks ago and nothing comes up.
    Wrote to the member here that got in touch with me and 12 days later he told me to do something that I had already done.
    Now he's vanished again. Went to see if I had missed something from my banks details and everything is OK. So I don't understand why he wants me to do something is already done and wait 72 hours.
    Terrible Customer Services.

    "Can!!!8217;t find what you are looking for? We are very sorry to hear that, but don!!!8217;t worry you will be able to send us a ' support ticket' and we will get back to you as soon as we can."
    How rude and patronizing is that !

    It might be worth being clear here: There are three different steps that are required to get money into your bank account:

    1. The money must appear in your available balance on TCB.
    2. You must have provided your bank details
    3. You must then follow ikkle87s steps to request that they take the balance from your TCB account and pay it into your bank account.

    3 doesn't happen automatically, you must explicitly request it. From your response to Ikkle87, it sounds like you might be confusing step 2 with step 3?
