Portfolio monitoring tool?

What is the best portfolio monitoring tool (for individual shares, funds etc.)? I have shares across a number of platforms and some held individually and would like to track performance (and ideally also charges and income).
The objective is not only understanding but also ultimately rationalizing.
Thoughts?

In terms of free software, Trustnet has a decent portfolio tool. Morningstar isn't too bad either although I don't use it. You might be able to use any tools that the platforms you use offer if they have any.0
