Out of curiousity, how many people on here end up being taken to court?

On a related point - how many letters are there in the DRP / Zenith paper chase?

I have exhausted ignoring DRP and am now with their side-kicks Zenith, having received 2 letters so far. Is there a typical number that Zenith send before some other tactic is used or they give up?

This is one of life's great mysteries. How many letters they send seems to depend on what kind of mood they are in.

The end is nigh when you're offered a reduction in the price.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I had 4 each from DRP and zenith, the amount kept going up and down.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

How many do they take to court ? Considering the number
of fake tickets issued, it cannot be a high number because
the courts would be snowed under with fake claims.

Add that to the ever increasing number of threats by
dodgy legals who are then whooped in court which rather
points to the courts waking up to the scam and the courts
being used as a glorified debt collector

Also understand that if this was such an amazing way
for solicitors to make money, ask yourself why there
are only 4 legals who attach themselves to a scam industry

    BWLEGAL
    SCS LAW
    QDR AKA WRIGHT HASSALL
    GLADSTONES

No other solicitor will touch this scam industry because
they have their name and reputation to protect plus, no
other solicitor will work for peanuts as the above do.

However, do expect the 4 amigos above to get busy
busy in anticipation of the government new code of practice

The new debt protocol alone has clipped their wings because
they now have hoops to jump through and wait for 30 days

The Robo Claims bunch have put them into slow motion.
and that costs time and money, the chances are very high
now that they will lose in court anyway

The debt collectors with their fabrications and lies must
be run by complete idiots ... they know they lie, they know
they are powerless and they know they are timewasters

DRP is of concern, not DRP as such as they are rubbish,
more so they are members of the BPA who know that
    DRP lie, fabricate and intimidate

    The BPA state ....

"ensure we can continue to raise standards and encourage professionalism"

One can only assume that this is a lie and members like
DRP roll along on the back of a BPA fabrication

Andrew Pester, Kelvin Reynolds, Caron Fassetta, Lesley Bradford,
Dave Smith, Julian O'Kelly and Steve Clark .... board members BPA

These people must clean up their act and pass GO to get out
    of the Gobi desert
