Connect a toilet to existing drain. Cost please

in Is this quote fair?
The toilet is going in utility behind external wall. What should it cost to dig to and connect to the drain of exhisting soil pipe 2ft down . There is already a run off water drain around this position. There is some concrete next to the wall.

    I have twins, i need two toilets. A rotted floor means I need to redo utility anyway. Trying to get something positive out of this.
