Recently ordered goods online, delivery by Royal Mail. After two weeks of no goods I contacted the company. An employee apologised and sent out a replacement order which arrived in two days, along with the original order. I emailed the company to both thank them and say that I would return the second order - they told me to keep it.

Great customer service from them. :beer:
