So I have gone live with them today. Reading through the site, I came across this page, which tells you how to read your meter.
With regards to the dial section, I fail to see how they have the read as 16379. This to me is 15379.

It's 15378.8 actually. Embarrassing for YE though.
The pointers are in totally the wrong place too: the 10,000s pointer should be closer to 2 than 1, the 1,000s pointer should be closer to 5 than 6, the 100s pointer should closer to 4 than 3, and the 10s pointer should be almost touching the 8.

Reminds me of an inventory clerk who was doing a check in years ago. She told me that you should always pick the number nearest the needle, and that she had been doing it that way for 20 years. :rotfl:0
