Imelda Marcus's 'slumming it' house I presume
(Seriously, really don't like that decor one little bit. Way too much like a show home).0 -

Is that legal?
I know the 2 doors between kitchen and loo rule no longer applies but surely there must be a regulation against having them both in the same room??0 -

I am very surprised that its only a 2 bedroom property. It would make more sense to turn the dining room into a master bedroom with en-suite by putting a partition wall below the kitchen. Block off the door to the kitchen and make the kitchen open plan. Got the conservatory for the dining room.0 -

We have seen a few new builds with the downstairs loo straight off the dining kitchen.
Doesn't appeal too us in the slightest.0 -

I suppose it depends what qualifies as a "door" in a studio flat. If there is a washbasin in the bathroom area so hands can be cleaned before returning to the kitchen , then only one door is allowed.
But this doesn't do much for er...aromas.
So there needs to be adequate ventilation as to satisfy either regulations or building control.
There's an extractor fan in that toilet area but obviously not a floor to ceiling partition.
I've tried searching for that property on Rightmove but looks like it's been removed.0 -
