Quidco - New Premium

I did not mind the extra £5 for premium but at £12 it is just not worth it for me.
I have downgraded to basic.0 -
You are advertising "up to" 10% extra cashback but where can I find some real examples of the cashback please? Do 'exclusive' deals attract extra cashback or are these excluded much like TopCashBack premium?0

What 'new premium' never heard of it, is it mentioned on the site? I'm basic so maybe only premium members get the offer?
Being charged £12 a year seems a bit steep, and no competition this year or bonus cashback for Christmas! I've been going elsewhere and searching for birds!1 -

The great thing is that you'll have more flexibility on your account though, you can downgrade if you know you're going to have a quieter month to save the £1 fee. Also, if you make no purchases in the 30- day period you'd have no £1 charged for that 😊
If you usually only make a small amount of cashback each month, it may be worth being on the basic account until you need to make a big purchase. You could then upgrade and take advantage of the higher cashback rates :T -Joseph (Joseph@quidco.com)
Is it the month that the claim is made or paid ?
These can be up to 12 months apart !1 -
How do I downgrade as £1 per month is a bit ridulous. I must have missed this change and have been wondering why there is money disappearing every month. When I looked it up it is apparently easy to move between basic and premium depending on your usage, however, I have searched and searched the quidco site and can't see how to do this. So I either need to find out ow to do this or after about 15 years membership I will be heading off to top cashback. I really don't mind paying for a service but this is a bit much.2

Just checked my Quidco account and noticed I was charged £5 in December and then £1 in January
Why charge both amounts? PS the AI support assistant - isn't very useful!1
