You lot have made me laugh about the goggles Wait until you read this - he was going on about having a spray tan before we go on holiday - this is definitely not happening it's one pester too far!
Dog is none the worse for wear after stealing the chocolate thankfully.
I'm having a very disorganised day today, I don't know why. It's making me feel a bit off.
I think I've shocked myself by ordering a bookcase for the dining room when I really shouldn't have due to not having the money for it yet. It was in a sale then I had a voucher for another 10% off and went through TCB - this is my excuse. I want to buy the matching desk and lamp table but they aren't in the sale and I'll have to wait until I've got the money. I'll have to shuffle money about a bit to fit into the budget. It was something I was going to buy anyway but not just yet. This is my downfall unfortunately.
Anyway what's done is done and in the long run I've saved money.
New budgets kick in next week and have had to do some readjusting to factor in the extra scooter money.
Soup for work lunches made - butternut squash, kale and coriander. Making a Thai red curry for tonight, Mr SA is having steak and chips.
Full working week next week but for one week only - 7 more work get ups to go
Right - time to try and get some organisation back in my life.Christmas Savings 2024 £252.38/£600 April NSD:2 April Surveys £0 -
If Mr SA manages to get his pester spray tan make sure he takes off the cycling goggles first or it won't be a good facial look!:rotfl:
You've organised your lunches for the week so not so disorganised after all!
Re bookcase - if you needed it anyway at least you've got it discounted and saved some cash. Sometimes on certain things you really want you can wait too long and find that they've completely disappeared from sale! You'll get back on track.
