Sky Shares

Options
I have a small number of Sky shares; on Saturday (13th) I had a document delivered detailing the sale to Comcast and a form to fill in to accept their 'Mandatory offer'. Only problem is the form needed returning by the 11th!!

What will happen now that the deadline has passed? What are my options?

Comcast are seeking a 'delisting' so will they just send me the money anyway?

My reading is basically yes, but it'll take a bit longer than if you had accepted the offer.

Comcast made a statement on Friday (link) that they are about to begin the process to compulsorily purchase the rest of the shares (yours included!)

That takes them six weeks, and probably add on a little bit after that to get your cash paid to you.

Me too. I sold mine, but haven't heard anything since they were sold.

Hi, I have Sky Shares but I wasn't able to cash them in. I am now getting letters fro ProSearch and they want 12.5% to process my claim. Is there any way of dealing direct.

I have a small number of shares also, keen to find out if there is a cheaper way to cash them in.
