I am currently on child/ working tax credit.
Will I be moved to Universal tax credit if I get new baby?
We are a family of 4 (2 parents and 2 children)
I am also expecting a salary increase this year.
Will that trigger the universal credit!
If both happened in the same time, will that trigger?

No, no and no. You simply need to keep HMRC informed.
Note that you will not get any additional money in your tax credits for your new child.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -

Yes, benefits now only pay for 2 children. If you stopped working you'd still only get money for 2.
What if we started living in two separate houses, one have one child and the other have two, can we still be considered two separate families but married parents or we have to be divorced for them to accept two applications?0 -
In respect of benefits an additional child will mean that you can claim child benefit for that child and if you were getting housing benefit would be entitled to an additional bedroom but for all other benefits no additional support will be given for a third child.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. This means the working/child tax credit will not increase with third child.0 -

I can’t believe you even suggested it to yourself! Trying to come up with ways to defraud, totally wrong!0
