Just a heads up to everyone that Topup TV are now taking money from people's accounts for Setanta Sports even though we all have a "Free Setanta Season ticket for Season 08/09"
The season ends (in Scotland) on 23rd May, they have just taken some form of "Pro-Rata" payment today of £4.10 from my account.
I phoned them on March 6th to explicitly state that I did not wish to pay any money whatsoever for Setanta and would cancel now if I was getting near the point of payment being required.
I was told there was no chance of this and to phone back in "Late April" to give my 30 days notice.
A warning to all, get your Topup TV Setanta cancelled now if you have no intention of paying for it.

- Subscription started 9th September (weeks after start of Season 08/09)
- Subscription formally cancelled today 06/04
- Subscription will terminate 29th April (Minus £4.10 and 4 weeks before the end of the SPL 08/09 Season)
How can they justify their "Free Setanta til end of May 2009" offer with an outcome like that ?
