MSE Credit Club suddenly locked me out?

Well this is annoying. I've been a member of the MSE Credit Club since it started. For no reason I can understand I've suddenly been locked out of my account over the last few weeks because it can't verify me even though none of my details have changed.

Anyone else have the same issues? From what I understand on the website this effectively means you're on your own, there is no fix.

Has anyone else got round this?
