Losing out on Severe Disability Element on UC

Options
Hi,

So I was on ESA support group, moved to a UC postcode and was forced to start claiming UC. I am claiming PIP as well. Now I'm on UC I have lost the severe disability element that I was getting on ESA.

Some people have said it's gone through a high court and we should get the money back at some stage and it may start to getting added onto UC, but I'm unsure whats happening and no information about it.

Does anyone have a update. x

Thanks

Nobody knows yet as it has to be approved by parliament. I don't think it's happened yet, but I could have missed it.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

No, you haven't missed anything, there's been no further announcements. All they said was it will be sometime this autumn, then you'll have the backlog if it does get announced. I have a feeling this will take quite a while.

You're not the only one unfortunately. No further announcements have been made yet.
