If you are an existing customer of EE, I would give it a month before contacting Ovo to give them a chance to transfer all the data to their systems and to start going through it.

If you left EE before they went into administration and had a credit balance owing, I would give them maybe 2 months - as their focus will be on getting current customers sorted first.
