    Whatever Ombudsman it is for whatever industry, they should also have greater powers to impose greater penalties and award greater compensation than the derisory awards they reccommend at present.

    They should also take into account the stress and costs to the complainant when making their award decisions.

    Anything has to better than the joke at the moment, particularly the one that Ryanair have walked away from, shouldn't be allowed.
