Hi guys, I’ve got my mother’s Littlewoods statements (archive statements) via a SAR and I can see there is a line called “BNPL ABC BAL” which is Buy Now Pay Later Agents Balance Care Balance I.e BNPL=Buy Now Pay Later. ABC=Agents Balance Care BAL=Balance. I’ve looked on some posts on MSE and other sites, and it seems that “Agents Balance Care” was a kind of PPI. In my mother’s case, is BNPL ABC BAL a form of PPI? It varied each month from a few hundred pounds , to £50 odd and then sometimes zero. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards

It's not PPI.
The PPI deadline was two months ago in any case.0 -
Even if it was, it’s too late to complainhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -
Thanks for your replies. I complained before the deadline, so I won’t have trouble there. if it’s not PPI, then why do other posts say that ABC (Agents Balance Care with Littlewoods). is? Cheers0

Perhaps the other posts were by posters who haven't a clue and believe incorrectly that anything and everything was PPI? There's plenty of them about . . .1
