I wouldn't call these two beating the amazing top line rate of 1.33% by 0.1% and 0.2% as a revival.

During this Heatwave maybe just the cold comfort existing Coventry B.S savers who have seen rate cuts a few days ago despite no apparent Base Rate change needed. _pale_

I'd be spinning this as 'more dismal savings accounts open'.

May explain why interest rates are not your forte.

I think it's more the point that the previous top rate instant access is no longer a complete outlier, and there are many more matching or slightly beating their rate, which indicates that there may be a little bit of competition brewing in the instant access cash savings market. Interesting.
