DRO with stepchange

Options
My financial situation has recently changed and I think I'm now looking at a dro rather than my self managed dmp.

Has anyone done a dro with stepchange, what happens once they send the pack out. Do you have to go through things again with then in the phone? Or so you send stend then the info they request etc?

    Hi,

There is a form to be filled in, you will need copies of all your credit reports from all 3 CRA.

You need details of all your debts inc name/address of lender, amount owed/account number etc, last two payslips i believe, last 3 months bank statements too.

Once that`s done, you send in your paperwork, the intermediary looks it over, if all is well, it is then submitted, you pay the £90, then wait.

I think there is a bit of a wait at present due to certain circumstances, not sure how long that is.
