MSE Cheap Energy Club - Still No Cashback After 4+ Months

I have not received cashback for an energy switch made through MSE Cheap Energy club for 4 months now, and my attempts to contact MSE via email are being ignored and do not get a prompt response. From Oct to Jan took them 3 months to confirm that cashback is not yet paid and ask for my bank details for BACS transfer but still I am yet to receive the cashback.
Now this is my previous cashback which is still pending, I am now due another cashback for which I received email on 1st Feb that my switch is complete. When will I receive this cashback if my previous one is not yet paid?
How can I get this resolved? Can MSE take responsibility for sorting this since the scheme is hosted and the switch is made through their site?
There are no other ways of getting in touch, so I'm posting this on the forum in the hope of getting a response and the cashback I am due.

If you have done 2 switches for the same energy within 3/4 months don't hold your breath hoping to get 2 lots of cashback!!0 -
Let me give you more details. The first switch was done in Jan 2018, confirmed in Oct 2018 saying the payment has been made but never got the payment in my bank account, so have been following up with MSE since then for them to give the cashback. My second switch was in Nov and confirmed in Feb, so I have some more time to follow up on second switch cashback. The problem is MSE claimed that the cashback has been paid whereas it's not and they have been delaying for no reason.0
