A spokesman didn't say "We have been forced to increase prices as we now have to give vulnerable customers a £140 discount, and are about to be fined for missing the target on installing useless smart meters."

Screw up of your Ctrl+C Ctrl+V job MSE - one of your headings still says 'Utility Warehouse'.

You obviously need a four eyes rule on your news articles (if you already have a four eyes rule, make it six eyes).
