recieved pcn 01/03/2009 for code 85 parked in apermit bay without clearly displaying a valid permit.
i appealed against this coz there are no signs or road markings visible on the car park where i was parked..
i was not evev in a bay?
i will put pic up of where i parked and as you can see there are no markings either on the car park or on surrounding road( which is where i parked).
