It is super hard for me to log everytime I make a payment so I am going to do it at the end of every month (or the 1st day of the next month as I am today) to give you my debt balance. Obviously this shall now include interest that has been added so I would have paid more, but debt is debt and with the interest is my true amount anyway.
I now owe £16,261.82 /£18,282.25 = 11%
DDx
Update when ever is best for you. Some find it easier to update every payment, other find it easier to update just once a month.
If possible can you put the total amount paid instead of whats owed as that's how the spreadsheet is set up, just takes it a bit longer for me otherwise. xxPAYDBX 2020 - #01 Pd £15,029.29 / £13,140.66 - 114% 🎉

NUMBER 17 checking in. I haven't for a while I was doing the Ostrich thing hide away and it'll go away of course it doesn't and one of my ccs has crept up to £1500 again but my daughter was walking around in rags and her shoes let in. And I needed a car so that set me back £850 but hopefully on track and I'm going to check in every week even if it is just to wave hi. Congrats Kirsty poo on your baby YAY.
So paid another £323 off debt. I've got to try to get rid of Halifax overdraft is anyone else struggle with this change to daily charges I used to pay about £30 for the overdraft now it's costing me nearer to £56 with the daily deductions. So I have to move the cc, move my bank account and pay off overdraft and get back on track, easy if you say it quick. I am doing a budget planner tonight, it won't be pretty.DF by 2023 No 17 £1,644 /£6000 Total debt £18,000 at the start of DFW Journey. 201814TH JULY 2021 DEBT FREE now in control365 1p challenge No 490 -

Yes i'm with Halifax and I hate the daily OD charges - Its costing me quite a lot more and its much harder to work out and budget for. The people who probably need the overdrafts most are the people who'll pay the most in charges - Its incredibly hard to get out of the overdraft cycle as it is and this is just another way for the bank to make sure people stay in their overdrafts as long as possible.Total debts £21050! now £10941. 76. Spudsman I don't know how Halifax have got away with it. They haven't increased their charges but by applying it daily they are in fact almost doubling their charges. I'm struggling with it.DF by 2023 No 17 £1,644 /£6000 Total debt £18,000 at the start of DFW Journey. 201814TH JULY 2021 DEBT FREE now in control365 1p challenge No 490

Morning
Thanks for updating the totals muppets.
I'm nearly at 25%, which means I'm pretty much on track so far for getting the debt paid off by Christmas.0 -
