Ebico Paper billing?

Anyone know if Ebico offer paper billing? I'm asking for someone else who 'must' have quarterly paper bills through the post.

    That's good to know as I couldn't find anything when I googled it. I'm with Ebico but was never offered paper billing.

    This is for an elderly relative who does not use computers or the internet and therefore requires paper bills.
