wow, great read and congrats to our very own Lamilad on helping and turning up !

what a great read and I feel the judge got it right and justice was served due to the fact that the wrong VRM had been input and they were told this right from the off - de minimis and no loss to the claimant from the outset - they deserved to lose !!

well done to all concerned , made my day :)

Now complain to your MP. This should never have gone to court.

Did you claim costs for unreasonable behaviour?

The good news is that Excel parking have left Cavendish retail park from July 2017 and the site is since being managed by G24 Ltd.

We did contact the local MP, who would normally appeal to the IPC on our behalf, but got a reply saying that because we had received a letter saying they are going to take us to small county court it was too late in the process for them to help or do anything.

There was a claim for unreasonable behaviour as part of the schedule of costs which was awarded (minus 15pounds).

OH DEAR .. yet another idiotic MP who has been taken
for a mug by these scammers

It can all be stopped right up to the day in court

Your MP should get a grip on life for the sake of his
    constituency

    Holiday season?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    I wish!

Apologies for not replying previously to this thread. I have been swamped recently with work and personal stuff. I also have 4 court cases coming up in the the next few weeks.

Thank you you n4im for your kind words, although you give me too much credit. You would have won that case without my help as you had followed the exceptional advice given on this forum to the letter.

Your bundle was well prepared and you had all the evidence you needed.

I will take credit for getting you 'unreasonable' costs at the end ;) I just wish you'd been more bold with your costs schedule.

I will add to your excellent court report in due course but as I type my eyes are turning into footballs and shortly the only thing I'll be able to write is the lyrics to '3 Lions' :footie::footie::footie:
