Any ppi as she had loans, and about 10 credit card and not good with money
I'm sure she must had ppi on some or all but she can't be bothered to do anything about it,
And I thought why not use paid firm and at least we can get something back,
And recommendations for good and cheap/less fees firm?
Thanks

    None of them.

If she can't be bothered to do anything, she won't want to use a claims company, as she'll need to explain everything to them and fill out their forms, then keep chasing them up. Far too much like hard work.

Doing it herself is much easier, so if that's too much, best to tell her to forget all about it.

    None.
Go to the websites of the companies she had credit with and complain direct through the website.
Shampoo? No thanks, I'll have real poo...

This thread title comes up with entirely too much frequency. Understand that a claims company does not save time, energy or money. It cannot research anything and relies solely on information provided by the customer.

No one here on the forum will publicly "recommend" a Claims Company, though I have it on good authority that there are unscrupulous users who will send spammy private messages. I recommend you ignore them and do it yourself

Plus you have to have a reason why you think ppi is owed back to you. Its not an automatic right. ! The fact is even if it was paid does not entitle you to get a refund without a proper reason as to why.
