Web update and killed it ! Anyone else ?

Log in OK. Account not visible initially. However, after clicking through various screens the data gradually appeared. Now looks back to normal!0

Tesco app is not working for me at 9am, "Sorry, we can't display your account . Please they logging in again. (CGE-50)"Evolution, not revolution0

On line banking now working and transferred money out ok. No statement produced today though, usually available by 10am.0

It's been a bit hit and miss for me personally the last few days, but I have managed to do everything I've needed after a few tries however0

My Tesco Bank access is fine online and on the app. However, It has not updated on the First Direct internet banking plus aggregation service since 17/02/2019.
FD plus also now says that the Tesco Bank customer ID is the users birthday using 6 digits followed by 4 digits (exactly as NatWest does) whereas this is not what Tesco Bank actually uses.0 -
Still no statement so they have obviously broken something.0

At first I got a 404 error, which I reported. No apology or explanation but they said it was now working. Since then I have been able to log on, but it just logs me straight out again! Apparently they had problems with customers using an iPad. Only way I could find to access my funds was via their app. This doesn't allow changes to personal details though.
Website now apoears to be working again, but no message to say this. I presume it could fall over again anytime and is very likely to next time they update.
Oddly I could manage my credit card accounts via the app, but still unable to do this via the web interface, although it does work for my current accounts. I did get an insight into this problem some months ago. Apparently the current accounts use a different system to the credit card ones. Still no feedback as to when this will be fixed, if ever, though.Keef - Sheerness, Kent UK0 -
