Do it yourself. CMCs have no magic wand and you’ll have to tell them why you’re complaining, they just forward it on for you and charge handsomely.helpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -

Do it yourself for free.

The Royal Mail. Basically that's all they do -post or email. You fill it out and do the hard work so if you have a supplier/lender in mind research and see if you can claim via their site. All for free.
But if you are insistent - xxxxxx removed. I used them at the start for a few small claims which I paid 20% plus vat but they didn't try too hard and missed loans with RBS - came back no ppi.
Went direct and got near £13k back. So, please don't use them.::A0 -

Thanks for any help. Sorry if am ignorant.0 -
Contact each company you had PPI with?
I found banks tend to have a link on their website dedicated to PPI complaints, fill in their form and email or post it to them.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear it in 2026.0 -

I'm starting to look into it, so when you do it yourself is there a central thing you can do or do you have to work out who you had accounts with and fill in forms for each one? I did one for Halifax last week but haven't heard anything, the implication was they were going to phone me.
How do I know who I had potential PPI with? It all seems like a lot of effort and work and digging - what these companies rely on I guess0 -
You sit down, you pick up the phone and you call your lenders’ PPI lines
With auto-conversion now in force, any ‘have I got’ queries that throw up a PPI policy are automatically converted into a complaint with most lenders.helpful tips
